Prof. Haim Assayag, a Certified Public Accountant since 1993 and a distinguished graduate in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, has served since 2009 as Managing Partner at Assayag Consultants LTD. He brings over three decades of experience in business, financial, and accounting consulting to public, private, and government companies. His work includes advising on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, valuations, preparation of special-purpose reports, and providing professional opinions to the Israel Securities Authority and the courts.
Throughout his career, he served as a senior partner at Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen, and Grant Thornton, where he led professional departments and was instrumental in formulating and implementing key accounting standards in Israel. Prof. Assayag combines extensive practical experience with long-standing academic activity, lecturing at higher education institutions and publishing articles and professional papers in the field of financial accounting.
